SHIPPING POLICY

All ORDERS TAKE 2-5 Business Days to process prior to SHIPPING, Depending on Demand!

If you place your order after 2pm during normal business hours or over the weekend, your order processing time starts the next business day excluding holidays and inclement weather.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

RIGHT TO CANCEL; REFUNDS

All sales are final. We do not accept returns of product.  You are entitled to a refund in the event that the product arrives damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights. In the event your claim is justified, the purchase price and the shipping cost will be refunded. To request a refund, you must email our customer service team by writing to us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. We may request photos of the product and a copy of your confirmation email

Any refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. If you paid via bank transfer you need to give this information to our customer service team when you initiate the return so that we can refund the money directly to your account 

For any request for refund, you must email our customer service team by writing to us, at stephanier@glowupgoddesscosmetics.com. including details of your name; your geographical address; the order number and reason for request; your phone number; and your email address.
